Common and Community Transit Procedure NCTS

Since the New Computerized Transit System had been implemented within the ATLAS customs EDP-system we are linked directly with the customs authorities and are able to file for our client‘s advanced declarations by direct data transmission. This procedure is time saving and provides more flexibility and security in processing for all participants than the former paper based procedure, which had also been prone for defrauding.

ATA Carnet

A Carnet or ATA Carnet (pronounced kar-nay) is an international customs and temporary export-import document. It is used to clear customs in 84 countries and territories without paying duties and import taxes on merchandise that will be re-exported within 12 months.  Carnets are also known as Merchandise Passports or Passports for Goods and are mainly intended for use with Professional Equipment (Tools of the Trade) or Goods for Fairs & Exhibitions (limited to 6 months). We will be pleased to obtain for you ATA-Carnet forms from the responsible authorities, commonly the local Chamber of Commerce, and guide your company through the necessary steps.
